The Global Supplier Quality team ensures seamless industrialization, launch, and long-term excellence of innovative products. As Manager of Methods & Process within Quality Engineering, you'll take ownership of our quality management system, you’ll lead a team of Quality Engineers to ensure building, ensuring application and maintaining Global SQ QMS.
Reporting to the Head of KSA Supplier Quality, developing and adapting QMS standards for project and mass production phases, supporting SQ activities by the needed tools and process to ensure efficiency of the SQ operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and globally mobile—ready to lead across EMEA and KSA. Proven experience managing global teams and suppliers is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You Will :
- Ensure continuous improvement and development of adaptive SQ standards to support the launch of KSA operations
- Train and coach the team to achieve the requested level to conduct autonomously SQ activities in the field
- Ensure respect of application of SQ standards by conducting the necessary audits
- Ensure calibration of the team for system, process and capacity audits
- Develop SQ and supplier’s scorecard/bidlists
- Continuous improvement of SQ performance
- Work closely with the team on lessons learned for continuous improvement of SQ standards
You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports within a high volume manufacturing business and structured Supplier Quality Engineering function, as referent to global SQ standard
- Mastery in APQP, auditing and capacity planning is a plus
- Greenfield project experience with CBU and supplier launches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven program management capabilities and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on supplier industrialization, supplier quality toolbox (ISO, IATF, DFM, GD&T) and automotive core pillars (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) experience
- Demonstrated experience in auditing supplier and assessments using industry standard methodologies
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data-driven, creative mindset in problem-solving
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, be part of the solution and be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
