Job Description:
Copia is looking for an experienced Manager of Execution Engineering to manage the design and engineering of large, utility-scale, solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage (BESS) projects in late-stage development, execution, construction, and operation. This role is crucial at Copia as it supports project execution by overseeing the technical design and development of renewable energy projects. The Manager, Execution Engineering role is also relied upon for quality assurance and compliance, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and problem solving, as well as leadership and mentorship.
The Manager, Execution Engineering will report directly to the Senior Manager, Execution Engineering in an individual contributor capacity.
