  • Oversee the selection, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of ECM tools and platforms (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, Microsoft Purview, etc.).
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead and support ECM governance initiatives, including information classification, metadata standards, taxonomy development, and content lifecycle policies.
  • Provide thought leadership in ECM trends and technologies, recommending innovations that improve content accessibility, collaboration, and control.
  • Manage change management and training efforts to support ECM adoption across departments.
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, providing continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor ECM technical and functional staff, including vendors and consultants.
  • Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • Typically, ten plus years of experience in enterprise content management, functional/application analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, Documentum, Box, or similar) and industry standards.
  • Experience implementing ECM solutions that support business processes, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience with business process modeling and data modeling.
