Job Description

As a Manager, EAM, you will oversee the efforts of a team of HxGN EAM Analysts and Administrators, review maintenance records and data to identify opportunities to improve overall Fleet maintenance practices and metrics, develop training materials to teach new and existing users of EAM on various procedures, and manage the helpdesk ticketing system. Invenergy wants a team player willing to use their analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to manage and monitor database information and functionality as well as look for ways to improve system efficiency and reliability. Some travel will be required in order to support training needs based on new innovative features or fleet-wide policy changes to the system.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee helpdesk ticketing system and serve as primary point of contact for EAM database support issues not resolved through helpdesk
  • Serve as liaison between software support partners and the EAM system users to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure the timely onboarding and offboarding of users in EAM to maintain accurate licensing count and reduce costs, performing periodic audits and evaluations of license usage
  • Oversee the process of building asset structures for new Thermal and Renewables projects (organizations) to include equipment hierarchy, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory/store rooms
  • Responsible for data integrity across all database tables, analyzes and tests database efficiency and performance, ensuring database backups ready in the event of data, UI, or custom functionality loss
  • Builds SQL queries to extract data sets for analysis and dashboarding (PowerBI), utilizes advanced Flex Business Rules (SQL) or Extensibility Framework (JavaScript) to modify database data and behaviors
  • Make routine and advanced modifications to EAM system screens (UI/UX)
  • Evaluate, design, review, and implement EAM modules, new functionality, and interfaces (such as externally-hosted portals)
  • Support integrations and data lake/data warehousing efforts
  • Visits operating projects to become knowledgeable in the performance of maintenance activities
  • Act as subject matter expert for EAM system, while strategically partnering with Business Transformation, Operations, Financial Systems, Procurement, Accounting, and Engineering departments
  • Supports asset reliability engineering by monitoring and reporting on asset performance and costs
  • Create, revise and audit EAM procedural documentation and training materials, including ongoing contributions to a runbook of EAM administration procedures and a change management log for significant changes to the program and procedures
  • Oversee the daily tasks and goals of EAM analysts and administrators, ensuring alignment with program direction and company goals
  • Routinely mentors and trains EAM analysts and administrators on application support and development tasks and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) administration
  • 2+ years managing a team in operations or systems administration
  • Bachelor's Degree: MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related degree
  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL, JavaScript or similar programming language(s)
  • Works effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree: MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related degree
  • 5+ years direct experience managing HxGN (formerly Infor) EAM or Oracle EAM at an enterprise level
  • Systems integrations experience, relational database mapping, middleware administration
  • Utilities, power generation, oil & gas industry experience

Base Pay

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 10% - 40%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
