Job Description:

About the Role

  • The Junior Project Manager is the operational backbone of Fluence’s GTM Technology and Automation program. This is a hands-on coordination role with real ownership: you will manage the RAID log, track milestones across multiple workstreams, coordinate sprint reviews with the implementation partner(s), and keep the programme dashboard current and accurate at all times.
  • In this role, you own the day-to-day operational rhythm of the program. You will work across Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and Channels, and you will be the person who knows the state of every workstream at any given moment.
  • This is an excellent role for someone early in their project management career who wants broad exposure to enterprise technology transformation, AI-powered commercial platforms, and senior stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the program RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) as a live operational artefact, escalating blockers promptly and clearly
  • Track milestones, deliverable status, and workstream health across all active program workstreams, maintaining a single source of truth
  • Coordinate weekly and biweekly meetings with Implementation Partner, IT, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Channels — scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Produce weekly and bi-weekly program status reports and dashboard updates for the Director and senior stakeholders
  • Run bi-weekly backlog grooming sessions in partnership with the Director, ensuring items are scoped, prioritized, and ready for implementation
  • Track adoption metrics for each tool after go-live, surfacing anomalies and flagging where retraining or re-engagement may be needed
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with Implementation Partner during active implementation sprints, including sprint ceremony scheduling, document sharing, and follow-up on open actions
  • Maintain the integrated program plan, keeping dependencies, owners, and completion dates current as conditions evolve
  • Support the Director with preparation materials for executive updates, steering sessions, and stakeholder reviews

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or a similar operational role in a technology or transformation context
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or equivalent — you are comfortable owning a live program tracker, not just contributing to one
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize complex multi-workstream status clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to escalate issues constructively, without drama, and with the right level of context for each audience
  • High attention to detail and a personal standard of accuracy — program dashboards and RAID logs you own are always current
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with third-party implementation or consulting partners in a managed delivery environment
  • Exposure to CRM, MarTech, or commercial technology programs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, Gong, or similar) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based delivery models
  • Experience producing executive-level status reports or board updates
  • PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification
