The IT Manager will bear the responsibility of implementing and adapting corporate IT policies within the United States in the Energy division, and overseeing all IT-related needs of the local business operations. This pivotal role encompasses budget management, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) business requires. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and localize corporate IT policies within the United States.
Lead and manage all IT requirements for the local business.
Administer the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Oversee vendor management and maintain robust relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts to ensure they guarantee SLAs and monitor compliance.
Measure SLA performance and execute requisite actions based on metrics.
Required Skills and Competencies
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in a comparable IT leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in budget management and vendor relations.
Comprehensive knowledge of SLA measurement and enforcement.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Base Pay: $130,000 – $165,000 (based on experience, education, and skillset)
