We're looking for a Installer Marketing Manager to lead our installer partner growth and enablement strategy during a pivotal expansion phase. You'll be joining early enough to shape how we scale our channel marketing program, building the playbooks and systems that will support Lunar's growth in new and existing regions across the country.
In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of our installer partnerships—from attracting and certifying new partners to ensuring existing installers have everything they need to successfully sell more Lunar Systems. You'll be equal parts strategist, executor, and collaborator, working cross-functionally with commercial, deployment, and product teams to drive channel revenue growth.

You'll have the autonomy to build and own channel marketing strategy while working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners. Our Compensation Philosophy: Our goal is to ensure that all Lunar Energy employees are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position provided pursuant to the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act for California applicants. The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is: $110,000 - $150,000 USD.
