Job Description:
• Manage the end-to-end tax processes in Company, from tax planning ideas, to tax accounting, tax compliances and tax audits. Vetting of tax positions taken by the company.
• Work with internal / external counterparts to ensure timely and accurate tax related submissions.
• Guiding and coordinating with tax consultants and statutory auditors.
• Ensure timely corporate tax compliances – Annual Corporate tax returns, Quarterly WHT returns, SFT return, Quarterly Advance tax payouts, tax audits, managing foreign tax credits documentations.
• Ensure timely Transfer Pricing compliances – TP Audit, Maintenance of TP documentation, APA compliances.
• Review business models and projects from a transfer pricing perspective and provide inputs on appropriate transfer prices.
• Ensure timely GST compliances – Monthly and Annual returns, Tax payments, STPI and Custom compliances.
• Filing of GST Returns and seeking Refunds / Rebate.
• Managing tax assessments and litigations. Representing company to various tax authorities/ courts.
• Advise on tax impacts on various business deals and transactions and mitigation of tax risks.
• Review and provide input to customer/vendor contracts.
