At Lyten Poland we’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who combines operational excellence with payroll accuracy and a passion for people processes. Join a fast-growing manufacturing start-up and help us build strong, scalable HR operations from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding)
Maintain HR systems, employee data, and documentation
Coordinate payroll process and ensure data accuracy (timesheets, absences, benefits)
Support employees with payroll and HR-related queries
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
Administer benefits, leave of absence, and employee programs
Collaborate with Finance, external vendors, and global teams
Support HR projects in a dynamic, start-up environment
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in HR operations and/or payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor law
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Hands-on, proactive, “can-do” mindset
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English & Polish
