Position Overview:

The HR Generalist supports the execution of core HR functions across Lucid’s AMP-2 facility, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency in HR service delivery. The role is responsible for employee relations, recruitment support, HR operations, and policy implementation while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

 
Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and cultural initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and Saudi labor law.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and Lucid’s policies.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Conduct labor investigations and problem solving.
  • Performance & Development
  • Support the performance management process (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll input and benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferred: ATS Greenhouse; ERP: SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
