Job Description

Overview

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This role will assist with administrative duties for the HR function and support all functions of the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees

  • Receive and address employee questions regarding company policies and procedures

  • Create, organize, and maintain employee files and records.

  • Run, maintain and manipulate reports in Excel

  • Schedule meetings, training and lunches

  • Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other administrative tasks

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

  • Support special departmental projects and initiatives

  • Provide thoughtful ideas based on research of policies, training, and other HR needs

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

  • Self-starter with a great work ethic

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high achieving, entrepreneurial environment

  • Must be able to switch gears quickly, operate in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Outlook, Excel knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some Human Resources experience a plus

  • Professional experience with scheduling & calendar knowledge a plus

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Prior experience working at Invenergy

Base Pay

23.37 - 31.01 USD Hourly
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.

In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
