Job Description
MISSION
Manage and define selection and development projects and programs, implementing policies, processes, and standards with an innovative approach that positions the organization as a leader in talent attraction and development.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the implementation of global methodologies in selection and development processes, ensuring their cohesion and adaptability to the strategic needs of the business in a multinational environment.
2. Implement, evaluate, and optimize advanced talent identification systems, including high-potential assessment tools and specific development programs for key profiles within the organization.
3. Ensure the standardization and harmonization of global policies and regulations in selection and development processes, establishing consistent criteria across process phases, required training, and alignment with organizational strategy, while also promoting the adoption of innovative practices.
4. Design and execute employer branding strategies by strengthening relationships with universities, professional forums, and key associations, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with organizational needs.
5. Implement and monitor performance metrics in the selection and development processes, using People Analytics tools to ensure efficiency, fairness, and continuous improvement in strategic decision-making.
6. Develop and implement platforms and tools that facilitate structured communication between managers and employees, promoting conversations about professional growth, performance, and alignment with company objectives.
7. Design and optimize experiences in the selection and development processes, ensuring quality standards in testing and communication at each stage of the process, and guaranteeing practices aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion criteria.
8. Oversee the candidate experience strategy, measuring candidate perceptions at each stage of the process and introducing improvements in communication, accessibility, and feedback at different stages.
9. Lead talent attraction and retention initiatives, participating in forums, events, and programs that strengthen the organization's image as a leading employer in the global labor market.
10. Coordinate and provide training to global recruitment and development teams, ensuring the correct application of methodologies, tools, and strategies aligned with the company's vision.
11. Ensure compliance with talent regulations and certifications, collecting and consolidating key information for internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards in talent management.
Required Skills and Competencies
EDUCATION
- University Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations, and Human Resources, or similar.
- Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Talent Management or in Training and Human Capital Development.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
