Job Description

MISSION
Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedure, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.

POSITION RESPONSABILITIES
They are responsible for managing or carrying out work across different sub-families of human resources, in their reference organisational unit, including: programmes and policies for development, compliance and general support for business, selection, on-boarding, terminations and reports, employee relations and communications, coordination of compensation programmes, relocation (national and international), migration, training services in human resources, mobility (design and strategy), recruitment, the organisation’s talent and performance, skills and development, and human resources information systems (HRIS).

Required Skills and Competencies

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration (BBA), Law, or a related field within the humanities or social sciences.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership, or in Organizational Development and Talent Management.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Languages
- English: C1 level
Tools
- Data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar).
- Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Meta4, or Oracle HCM.
- Project management and planning tools (Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, or Taleo.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Communication and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
Other
- Strong understanding of business and organizational strategy.
- Knowledge of HR technology, including the use of Talent Management Systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and People Analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in organizational change management, facilitating the implementation of new strategies, structures, and work models.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits dynamics, including internal equity and market trends to ensure proper application of pay policies.
- Knowledge of performance management and talent development, including evaluation methodologies, succession planning, and training/upskilling strategies.
- Experience or knowledge in labor relations and employment law, including negotiation with employee representatives and application of collective bargaining agreements.
- Ability to analyze HR data and KPIs, interpreting key metrics to optimize talent management and provide strategic business insights.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to HR, promoting flexibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement in people management processes.
