Growth Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Growth Executive, to lead strategic initiatives and drive growth for our Composite product line, including additive manufacturing filaments, structural adhesives, carbon fiber systems, and additive manufacturing parts.

This role is critical to expanding our market share and developing new business opportunities across multiple industries, including motorsports, drones, UAV, aerospace, defense, and consumer goods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in composite technologies and a proven history in business development, sales, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Market and Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market penetration for additive manufacturing filaments, structural adhesives, carbon fiber systems, and additive manufacturing parts.
  • Identify emerging market trends and market needs within industries such as motorsports, UAV, aerospace, defense as well as consumer goods and align product offerings accordingly.
  • Establish and grow a network of key decision makers, stakeholders, and potential partners in relevant industries.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring strong revenue growth, and expanding customer bases.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to customize solutions that meet customer requirements and applications, particularly for additive manufacturing filaments, structural adhesives, carbon fiber systems, and additive manufacturing parts use cases.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and develop compelling proposals to win new business.

Partnership and Collaboration:

  • Build strategic partnerships with industrial partners, key distributors, and technology integrators to extend the reach and application of composite technologies in key markets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and support.

Technical Expertise and Product Advocacy:

  • Develop and leverage a deep technical knowledge of Lyten’s material science as well as composite technologies to advocate for and educate customers on the advantages and technical differentiators of Lyten’s solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in composite / motorsport technologies and work closely with the R&D team to feedback market insights and customer needs.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Provide detailed feedback to internal teams on market positioning, competitive dynamics, and product innovation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing, technology, organizational behavior, communications or a related field AND 7 + years of related experience in Business, Sales, Advertising, or Marketing or a related area OR Bachelor's degree in marketing, organizational behavior, communications or a related field AND 9 + years of related experience in Business, Sales, Advertising, or Marketing or a related area
  • Proven record of developing and closing high-value deals in technology-driven industries
  • Strong understanding of composite technologies, ideally including additive manufacturing filaments, structural adhesives, carbon fiber systems, and motorsports parts.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into commercial benefits for customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, operations, and R&D.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events, including weekends and/or holidays.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Direct experience in industries such as Motorsports.
  • Familiarity with the full cycle of composites from raw materials through final part design and end market sensitivities.

Compensations Range:

The expected base salary range for this position is between

$155,200.00 - $232,800.00

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

This compensation and benefits information is based on Lyten’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. We generally do not negotiate on salary once we have made an offer. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
