The Impact You’ll Make
We have a rare opportunity for a General Manager to lead our HR Products business nationally. Based at either our Adelaide or Perth facility, you will be at the helm of our operations leading a dynamic national team and ensuring the long-term profitable success of our sales, service and operations.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who can deeply connect with teams at all levels and navigate the fast-moving landscape of our industry whilst driving continuous improvement.
As the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include;
Maximize coverage, margins, customer satisfaction, and brand image across Australia, ensuring sales and distribution of product range is best in class.
Develop and implement an annual budget in line with corporate objectives and guidelines.
Manage all aspects of the business, including sales, service, accounting, receivables, inventory control, and business development, while prioritizing profitability and ethical business conduct.
Ensure proper market share development.
Have a commitment to continuous improvement driving both sales and operational initiatives.
Develop deep relationships with suppliers and customers.
Manage all supplier negotiations.
Oversee day-to-day business functions, resolving disputes with sound judgment.
Develop a proficient sales, parts, and service organization capable of effectively marketing products and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Formulate short, mid, and long-term regional strategies.
What You’ll Bring
Five (5) years of direct leadership experience in a multisite high-volume business
Bachelor’s degree in a management discipline preferred, post-graduate qualifications highly regarded
Knowledge of compliance regulations, accounting, sales, and marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong financial skill set with sound understand of all financial business drivers.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments, dealers, and suppliers.
Effective multitasking abilities and deadline management skills.
Experience managing marketing and branding initiatives in a consumer industry or similar
