Job Description:

Overview

We are looking for a high-impact FP&A professional to lead financial planning and performance management for corporate functions. This role will operate as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, driving cost discipline, shaping financial strategy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end FP&A for corporate functions including planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; influence decision-making, challenge spend, and drive financial accountability across cost centers
  • Drive and institutionalize corporate initiatives such as cost allocations, cross-charges, Capitalization and expense governance frameworks.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decisions and long-term planning
  • Identify and lead initiatives focused on cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and value creation
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, including automation, standardization, and adoption of best practices
  • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A support structure, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter with strong relevant experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance business partnering
  • Proven track record of independently managing senior stakeholders and driving financial outcomes

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
