We are looking for a FIT Team Lead to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to FIT Supervisor and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Setup and administer testing protocol(s) within FIT Team (Final Integration Testing)
  • Perform required preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Lead and execute troubleshooting activities
  • Communicate cross-functionally to highlight and resolve key Quality concerns
  • Provide updates to upper management as to the status of testing cycles
  • Document all aspects of test, including final assessment, quality concerns and testing anomalies.
  • Responsible for safely conducting testing at the Manufacturing Center or remote locations.
  • Manage FIT personnel work tasks and communicate priorities during the shift.
  • Communicate priorities and concerns across shifts to ensure consistent work flow.
  • Accountable for accuracy of key Quality documentation including FIT standard work travelers and performance reports.
  • Spearhead FIT continuous improvement activities concerning process, safety and 5S.
  • Aid in development and maintenance of FIT work instructions / job instruction sheets.
  • Track and implement deviation trials that go through FIT.
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of key databases, data collection, and quality reporting tools.
  • Ensure proper transaction of parts into and out of FIT inventory, including unit transaction into FGI. Lead quarterly physical inventory inspections.
  • Communicate quality defects and product performance concerns to key stakeholders (i.e. Production Lines; Quality Department; Supply Chain, etc.)

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with technical documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ability to read and understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Electrical Single Line Diagrams
  • Understanding of various Troubleshooting Methodologies
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (Desired)
  • Understanding of key NFPA 70E safety requirements (Desired)

Salary Ranges:

$23.21 - $33.39
