Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Financial Analyst on our Michigan Team. You will play a key role in supporting reporting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and decision-making for Senior managers and the regional Senior Director. This is a position for someone who is eager to advance their analytical skills, thrives in dealing with large amounts of data, and is willing to support and maintain operational models using that data. This position will involve collaboration with other members of the CLEAResult Michigan program team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate data clearly and effectively, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the team’s success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You’re a great fit if you can:
Prepare monthly internal and client reports, including P&L analysis with insights on variances to plan, forecast, and prior year.
Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts, budgets, and savings targets.
Lead internal and external budget reviews and provide recommendations to management.
Develop reports and research on operational performance, staffing utilization, COGS, and revenue forecasting.
Create and deliver ad-hoc materials and presentations for business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
Produce operational budgets, trend analyses, and special projects reports.
Collaborate with business users to enhance reporting processes and deliver ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Manage program data and perform forecasting and analysis.
Support management initiatives focused on process standardization, simplification, and reporting improvements.
Maintain confidentiality to protect organizational value.
Exciting candidates will have:
3–5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, data analysis, P&L management, and administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be located in the Lansing area.
