Field Work Management Supervisor, FUR Upgrade

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Responsibilities include: We plan to hire one or more candidates for the Service team.
  Not all responsibilities will be assigned to a single individual.

• Site Work Management as Bloom Energy’s On-Site Representative
  • Manage site access procedures and obtain required work permits from the site owner
  • Ensure worksite safety by preventing unsafe behaviors and leading daily Toolbox Meetings
  • Rework Execution Management at Site
• Oversee work quality by ensuring compliance with established work procedures and verifying workmanship
• Manage parts and materials by identifying required components and coordinating requests
• Report work progress by maintaining work records and providing regular status reports

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in field operations (e.g., manufacturing facilities or construction sites)
• Experience in supervising and managing site workers (including hands-on participation)
• Solid understanding of safety management practices and responsibilities
• Basic understanding of quality management principles and processes
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations

Job Conditions

• Duration: 6 months
• Work Schedule: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), 09:00–18:00
• Start Date: Mid-June 2026 (Exact date to be announced)
• Location: Korea (Business travel is required)
