- System Optimization & Rollouts: Recommend approaches to close system gaps, design phased rollout strategies, and lead O2C tracks through discovery, conference room pilots, integration, data conversion, UAT, and deployment.
- Integration Oversight for O2C modules: Partner with internal developers and integration teams to design, test, and deploy seamless integrations with CRM, logistics, and other subsystems.
- Data Migration for O2C modules: Develop and validate data conversion strategies from legacy systems to ERP, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and successful cutover.
- Program Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, deployment, and documentation for the O2C modules. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Technology Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to identify opportunities that enhance O2C performance and efficiency.
