Institute program governance, define KPIs, manage budgets/timelines, oversee vendor/system integrator performance, and report regularly to executive leadership.
Business Process Transformation: Ensure business process synchronization across functional tracks to drive implementation of the future state in the new ERP.
Work closely with the Integration and Data migration work stream to ensure multiple rounds of testing are done in alignment with conference room pilots, system test and user acceptance tests.
Ensure completeness and timeliness of reporting and analytics work to enable business insights at the point of cutover for the functional stakeholders.
Change Management: Lead communication, training, and adoption strategies to minimize disruption and maximize business value from ERP.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Leverage emerging technologies (including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics) to drive ongoing ERP and process enhancements.
