Electrician Helper – Hands-On Training, Real Career Path
Austin, TX | Full-Time | On-Site
Every great electrician started somewhere. This is where you start — learning the trade hands-on, next to the people who already know it cold. Previous solar installation experience is a big plus.
Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company. We don't just install solar panels. We hand homeowners the keys to something bigger: control over their energy, their bills, and their future. We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day.
As an Electrician Helper, you'll work side by side with a Licensed Electrician, learning the real mechanics of the trade — wiring, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, racking, and modules — while keeping the job site safe, organized, and moving. Show up ready to learn, work hard, and follow instructions, and you'll walk away with real skills and a real shot at becoming licensed yourself.
