Downstream Operation Planner I
Task and Responsibilities
- Acts as first point-of-contact for basic O2C questions.
- Processes customer orders and delivery confirmations in ERP.
- Handles daily internal/external customer communication.
- Coordinates domestic outbound shipments and prepares shipping documents.
- Validates sales orders for commercial completeness.
- Reports stock shortages and overdue POs to replenishment planners.
- Uses standard daily/monthly reports.
- Identifies escalating priority issues and reports to high-level management.
- Meets assigned deadlines accurately and reliably.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Passport or have the ability to obtain and pay for a valid Passport
- Completed technical and/or business education (university, technical college, or comparable further education/training)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data entry
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Digital Tools systems preferred
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team member
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledgeable in domestic and/or international shipments
- Structured and independent way of working
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable with a high level of commitment
- Available to work overtime and shift work when requested
- Ability to focus and follow through to resolution, with an aptitude for problem solving
