About The Role
This role supports key compliance and subscriber operations activities by helping maintain accurate and complete subscriber records. You’ll review and validate required documents and check that system data is complete and correctly categorized.
You’ll assist with enrollment workflows by processing usage requests, tracking utility updates, and helping resolve stuck or rejected subscriber records. Additionally, you’ll support ongoing data quality efforts by monitoring utility files, logging file statuses, and helping identify discrepancies that improve overall data integrity.

Assist in ensuring subscriber records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Enrollment Processing & Subscriber Operations Assistance
Support the timely and accurate management of enrollment workflow tasks.
Customer Service Coordination
Utility File Monitoring & Database Health Support
Support the monitoring of inbound utility files and database quality.
