Department Overview

The Customer Success team takes a lead role with customer management once Bloom systems have been installed and energized. Key activities include account management, customer outreach (newsletters, surveys, etc), strategic initiatives, and customer support. The CS team collaborates with other customer-facing teams at Bloom to drive long-term customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to execute key initiatives
  • End-to-end ownership of one or more project initiatives (from design to successful implementation)
  • Engage with customer base on a regular basis
  • Identify and implement improvements to current end-to-end Customer Success and onboarding processes
  • Define and implement improvements to Bloom’s Customer Success software platform
  • Track and administer key Customer Success metrics

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or any relevant discipline to Customer Success / Customer Experience
  • Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027

Desired Qualifications

  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills
  • Strong educational background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously and efficiently
  • Working knowledge of business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Client facing experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, and/or technology consulting is a plus
  • Experience with customer management platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc), and/or energy and construction domains is a plus

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

Salary Ranges:

$31.25 - $34.25
