With general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Understands customer and program requirements.

Supervise and train Energy Technicians, providing technical oversight and ensuring quality, compliant field work.
Review and approve completed work, technician hours, and time‑off requests in accordance with program requirements.
Serve as the on‑site program representative for customers and contractors, promoting participation and resolving issues that impact project delivery.
Install and inspect residential energy efficiency upgrades, recommend appropriate solutions, document findings, and report status and results to program staff.
Troubleshoot field and technical issues to ensure work meets client specifications and program standards.
Travel within an assigned territory to support field operations and stakeholder engagement.

3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
High School or Associates Degree
Must be BPI certified
Target Compensation:
$25-$29 depending on experience.
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
