As the Corporate Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing an operational framework to support Lucid’s future B2B business. Your focus will be on optimizing the B2B order process and managing customer-specific contract and legal operations. This role operates in a complex, cross-functional environment involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including fleet customers, short-term rental companies, leasing partners, cooperation partners, Sales Operations, Finance, Service, Procurement, Lucid Financial Services, IT, Legal, and Key Account Management.
The Role / Key Responsibilities
Team Support
- Contribute to the success of the Corporate Sales Operations team by coordinating activities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Process Coordination
- Coordinate all relevant functions (e.g., Sales, Ordering, Service, LFS, Internal Fleet) to ensure clear responsibilities, timely contributions, and seamless integration of inputs.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Marketing and Event Budget
- Support the planning, implementation, control, and execution of the marketing and event budget.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and provide regular budget tracking and reporting.
Demo Vehicles
- Manage the end-to-end process for demo vehicles, including loan agreements, transport logistics, and ordering.
- Monitor utilization and provide regular performance reports.
CRM System
- Support the implementation, customization, and training of the CRM system to meet B2B requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting, and provide ongoing user support.
Financial and Order Process
- Assist in managing the full financial and order process, including handling sales incentives, bonuses for associations, brokers, and leasing companies.
- Oversee tools such as Leaselink and alternative ordering platforms to ensure operational efficiency.
Contractual Management
- Manage all B2B contracts in collaboration with the Legal team and customers.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with business needs.
Corporate Homepage and B2B Presentation
- Support the maintenance and development of the corporate homepage and B2B presentation materials.
- Ensure content is current and effectively communicates Lucid’s value proposition.
Interface with Studios and Service
- Act as the liaison between Lucid Studios and the Service department to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Training Tools
- Develop training materials, educational content, and inquiry tools for Lucid Studios.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure all team members are well-equipped.
Support for KAM
- Assist the Key Account Management team in executing affinity campaigns by providing coordination and necessary resources.
Reporting Line & Location
The Corporate Sales Operations Specialist reports directly to the Senior Corporate Sales Operations Specialist. The position is based in Amsterdam, and frequent presence in the Amsterdam office is expected, as the role serves as a key ambassador for corporate sales within the Lucid EU sales team and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise sales—preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, including key players, customer segments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
