As the B2B Sales Manager Switzerland, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive Lucid Motors' business growth across key accounts and enterprise clients in Switzerland. Your mission is to build strong relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, fleet operators, and industry stakeholders to secure B2B sales of Lucid’s cutting-edge electric vehicles and associated services. 

 

The Role 

Business Development 

  • Identify and engage with high-potential accounts, enterprise clients, and fleet operators to expand Lucid Motors’ presence in the Swiss market. 
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to penetrate new segments and position Lucid as a preferred EV brand among corporate customers. 

Sales Strategy 

  • Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address the specific needs of enterprise clients. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings, pricing, and after-sales services to ensure a competitive edge. 

Relationship Management 

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at corporate accounts. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and aligning Lucid’s solutions to meet their business needs. 

Negotiation and Closing 

  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, focusing on long-term value creation and strategic partnerships. 
  • Manage the full sales cycle and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. 

Market Analysis 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities. 
  • Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to the management team. 

Customer Experience 

  • Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire sales journey and beyond. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. 
  • Collaborate actively with the Lucid Studios in Geneva and Zurich to support local engagement and visibility. 

 

Reporting Line & Travel 

The B2B Sales Manager Switzerland reports directly to the Director Corporate Sales Europe. Up to 50% travel may be required based on business needs. Regular presence in the Amsterdam office is expected, as the role also serves as a key ambassador for corporate sales within the Lucid EU sales team and systems. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, key account management, non captive Leasing Companies, Associations or enterprise sales—preferably in the automotive or EV sector. 
  • Deep understanding of the Swiss automotive market, including key players, customer segments, and regulatory frameworks. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively. 
  • Fluency in  German, French, and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
