To join our team as a Contractor Support Specialist! This role serves as a key representative to our contractors, building strong relationships across local and regional markets. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting contractors with their applications and the application submittal process. Responsibilities include resolving contractor concerns, verifying product installations and documentation, and communicating program updates and technical specifications.

Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
Act as a company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
Misc. and follow up with program staff
Process applications by verifying eligibility, obtaining and documenting necessary information for the applications
Perform accurate data entry and maintenance, including file setup, eligibility verification, applicable troubleshooting resolution
Review application submissions to determine type of documentation required, terms of program are met, invoicing
Provide education and instruction to applicants on eligibility requirements or work with applicants to request additional information to meet requirements of program
Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with terms and conditions of the program

This is a remote position; we require you to have a dedicated home office space, free from interruptions
Monday- Friday 8AM- 5PM
