Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator supports the site’s ongoing journey toward operational excellence by assisting in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives, training, data analysis, and project facilitation. Reporting to the Site Continuous Improvement Manager (with dotted-line alignment to the Regional CI Manager), this position plays a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement by supporting teams, tracking results, and promoting engagement in problem-solving activities.
The CI Coordinator partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify waste, standardize processes, and support the implementation of tools and systems that enhance performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Working Environment and Physical Efforts
The CI Coordinator works primarily within a manufacturing environment, regularly walking the production floor to observe processes, gather data, and engage with teams. Exposure to typical shop hazards such as noise, fumes, and dust may occur, and use of proper PPE is required. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting of materials up to 40 pounds. The incumbent must be comfortable working across different production areas, some accessible only by stairs.
