• Responsible for the overall supervision of commercial, industrial and civil aspects of the bid/project. Ensure that all phases are completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
• Manage and work closely with developers, project managers, consultant engineers, utility providers, and local authorities. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues. Review work progress on a daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft particular conditions in contracts, and obtain permits and licenses with the team. Meet contractual conditions of performance and ensure proper administrative procedures are followed.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Responsible for the safety, quality, budget, and schedule of the bid/project.
