Department Overview

The construction team oversees the day-to-day operations on Bloom's installation sites as well as assists the Program Management team with change order evaluation, contractor management, schedule acceleration and recovery.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management

  • Support project success by reviewing and processing key documents

  • Assist with scheduling and progress tracking, helping keep projects on time and on budget.

  • Contribute to financial health by monitoring costs and preparing progress payment requests.

  • Participate in project meetings, learning how decisions are made around contract requirements, safety, and quality.

  • Own close-out activities and documentation for successful project completion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field

  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Demonstrated ability to learn project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office 365 (ex

  • Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Procore, Adobe, and BlueBeam

  • Exceptional customer and client focus with ability to succeed in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with general construction and design preferred.

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

Salary Ranges:

$31.25 - $34.25
