Maximo is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Operations Analyst to support day-to-day commercial and financial operations.

This role will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams to help execute pricing, proposals, financial tracking, and customer engagement processes.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, data accuracy, and supporting commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Support

• Support pricing analysis and assist in building customer proposals

• Maintain and update the commercial pipeline (e.g., CRM hygiene, deal tracking, reporting)

• Assist in preparing materials for customer discussions and contract negotiations

• Track key deal terms and ensure alignment with internal expectations

Financial & Operational Support

• Support accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tracking and coordination

• Assist in maintaining and updating Maximo’s financial model in collaboration with the finance teams

• Track project budgets vs. actuals and support reconciliation efforts

• Help analyze project-level performance, including cost and margin tracking

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure data consistency and timely updates

• Support internal reporting and dashboards for commercial and financial performance

Marketing & Communications Support

• Assist with social media posting and coordination of external updates (e.g., project milestones, deployments)

• Help ensure consistency of messaging with the broader commercial strategy
