Maximo is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Operations Analyst to support day-to-day commercial and financial operations.
This role will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams to help execute pricing, proposals, financial tracking, and customer engagement processes.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, data accuracy, and supporting commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Support
Support pricing analysis and assist in building customer proposals
Maintain and update the commercial pipeline (e.g., CRM hygiene, deal tracking, reporting)
Assist in preparing materials for customer discussions and contract negotiations
Track key deal terms and ensure alignment with internal expectations
Financial & Operational Support
Support accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tracking and coordination
Assist in maintaining and updating Maximo’s financial model in collaboration with the finance teams
Track project budgets vs. actuals and support reconciliation efforts
Help analyze project-level performance, including cost and margin tracking
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure data consistency and timely updates
Support internal reporting and dashboards for commercial and financial performance
Marketing & Communications Support
Assist with social media posting and coordination of external updates (e.g., project milestones, deployments)
Help ensure consistency of messaging with the broader commercial strategy
