Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual…
to join our team as a Commercial Energy Auditor! As a local, on-site representative, you’ll support our programs and represent the company to small business and commercial customers. Your role includes installing energy-efficient equipment, performing energy audits and re-audits, and completing pre- and post-installation verifications, along with other technical data collection within a defined territory.
You’ll also assist Account Managers in engaging stakeholders to support the sale or installation of energy efficiency upgrades or new construction projects. This role involves providing technical advice, training, and guidance to ensure proper installation, adaptation, and configuration of solutions that meet client specifications. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Some travel is required, primarily within the state, however there will be an expectation of one week out of state travel every couple of months.

Identify and secure new leads within small businesses to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term success.
Represent the company and its programs, engaging with small business and commercial customers.
Conduct basic energy audits for smaller, less complex commercial buildings.
Install energy-efficient measures such as faucet aerators, weatherstripping, thermostats, and valve covers.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support contractors and customers.
Assist Account Managers in promoting participation in local energy-saving programs.
Travel within the state with one week out of state every two months to meet clients and perform audits.
You will have:
1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, weatherization, or general labor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Hands-on experience with basic hand and power tools.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in changing environments.
Commitment to safety and a safety-first mindset.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
