Claims Manager – German Speaker (P5)
The Claims Manager EMEA will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of claims related to our projects across multiple countries in the EMEA region, with a strong focus on Germany.

You have at least five years of experience in Contract and Claims Management within the (plant) construction industry. If you’ve already worked in the energy sector, we’ll be impressed. And if you’ve successfully managed battery projects — we’ll be genuinely amazed.
You don’t find it boring to manage, assert or defend claims, and develop strategies for risk mitigation and claim prevention— across different EMEA markets. Quite the opposite — you enjoy it.
You can tolerate lawyers (you might even like them). Commercial and technical colleagues are your everyday sparring partners and collaborators.
You’re not sitting in an ivory tower — you enjoy working in a diverse environment, interacting with many stakeholders, and integrating seamlessly into the team — the star of the room!
You possess excellent judgment — both in business and interpersonal matters. You can assert Fluence’s claims while still being well-liked by the other side. Sometimes people tell you: “Wow, I didn’t know claim managers could be cool.”
