As Office Assistant you will join a growing team. The person will report directly to the CFO.

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year
Requirements: Previous experience as an Office or Administrative Assistant + fluency in English and French (Spanish is a plus) + strong MS Office skills + strong organizational and communication abilities

The Team You Will Join

As Office Assistant you will join a growing team. The person will report directly to the CFO.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative support to the Luxembourg office and to the Senior Members of the team.

  • Liaise with facility management vendors.

  • General Office Support including management of stock of office supplies, filing, archiving, courier arrangements.

  • Supporting Management in planning of regular and Board of Directors’ meetings.

  • Management of corporate tasks such as circulation of documents, collection of signatures, organization of the board meetings.

  • Maintenance of legal folders, filing of documentation.

  • Administering the on-boarding of new staff.

  • Supporting Treasury team in daily activities such as preparing payments.

You Will Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have at least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant.

  • Are fluent in English and French; Spanish is an advantage.

  • Have strong proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
