At ACCIONA Energia, we’re looking for an Assets Performance Specialist to help drive performance and reliability across our renewable energy sites in the U.S.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person tracking and analyzing asset performance (production, availability, etc.).
Spot issues, propose solutions, and support regional/site managers to boost results.
Collaborate on key contracts with OEMs and service providers—track obligations, claims, and warranties.
Support financial reporting by sharing site performance insights with partners and investors.
Help build cost models and guide handovers for new projects moving into operations.
Take the lead on insurance claims, documentation, and inter-department coordination.
Drive continuous improvement by aligning operations with company-wide strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies

You’re analytical, proactive, and passionate about renewable energy. You enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and helping teams make informed decisions. You're comfortable navigating contracts, coordinating across teams, and keeping an eye on the big picture: site performance, cost control, and operational excellence. You communicate clearly, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Bachelor's in Engineering or a related technical field.
4+ years of renewable energy or related experience.
Strong data analysis and Excel skills (ERP experience is a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
Spanish and international experience are a plus
