Department Overview

Bloom’s Asset Management team is responsible for both managing and reporting on the performance of Bloom Fuel Cells deployed worldwide and managing relationships with the companies that own these assets. The Asset Management team regularly collaborates with Bloom’s Structured Finance, Service, Delivery and Finance teams to optimize performance of deployed systems to the benefit of both Bloom and our asset owner partners.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring performance of fuel cells and generate daily/monthly/quarterly fleet performance report for management and external stakeholders
  • Analyze process improvement opportunities such as developing automated reporting templates/ applications
  • Manage internal cross-functional communications
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing ad hoc work as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Rising Senior in Business, Economics, Engineering or Finance
  • Responsible, reliable, proactive, self-starter, and independent.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environment.
  • Solid communication skills. Must be able to articulate and communicate complex data information or issues to executives, external stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to global energy/utility landscape through either classwork or internship
  • Exposure to project finance mechanics and industry through either classwork or internship

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

Salary Ranges:

$31.25 - $34.25
