Assembly Technician

Build the hardware that decarbonizes ocean freight: on the line, hands-on, every day.

About the role:

You will be a core member of Fleetzero's production team, assembling battery modules and BMS components according to work instructions, drawings, and quality checkpoints.

This is a craftsmanship role: we build precise, high-quality hardware at production pace, and every unit matters. You will work directly with manufacturing and quality engineers to develop new processes as our product line expands.

The ideal candidate takes pride in the quality of their work, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and is eager to learn new skills and processes as the product and team evolve. A great attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are the most important things you can bring.
