GENERAL SUMMARY

Independently performs data structuring, modeling, exploratory data analysis, and monitoring within the realm of artificial intelligence. Identifies patterns and insights from raw data to support critical decision-making. Crafts AI strategies that align with business goals, improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and create new products or services. Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies are key aspects of the position. Acts as a subject matter expert to individuals throughout the company for AI utilization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the adoption and integration of AI technologies and assess new AI technologies and their potential impact on the business, recommending investments and technology adoptions.

  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize user experiences and other business outcomes.

  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of AI technologies and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to AI policies, procedures, tools, and projects and support program change impacts, self-assessments, audits, and training with impacted organizations.

  • Stay updated of AI trends and maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the field.

  • Must participate on the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) team when designated.

  • Must support the biennial refueling outage.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Artificial Intelligence Analyst III

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years of directly related IT experience in software development, AI, and/or data modeling and analysis, with at least 2 of the 7 years being direct experience in AI support;


OR Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 9 years of directly related IT experience in software development, AI, and/or data modeling and analysis, with at least 2 of the 9 years being direct experience in AI support.

Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered on a one-to-one basis.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Artificial Intelligence Analyst II

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 5 years of directly related IT experience in software development, AI, and/or data modeling and analysis, with at least 1 of the 5 years being direct experience in AI support;

OR Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years of directly related IT experience in software development, AI, and/or data modeling and analysis, with at least 1 of the 7 years being direct experience in AI support.

Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered on a one-to-one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Pay Range:

Artificial Intelligence Analyst III Salary: $122,681 - $184,021

Midpoint: $153,351

Artificial Intelligence Analyst II Salary: $106,670 - $160,006

Midpoint: $133,338

Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.

Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.

Incentive Compensation

This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
