Responsible for general and specific assignments involving Pricing/Invoicing processes. Duties will require communications with internal groups, customers, and external contractors. Duties will also require managing the residential payment plan process, creating invoices, and processing payments. Duties include having knowledge of PUCO guidelines and timelines and the ability to devise new approaches to processes in an effort to increase efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pricing construction projects, sending out project invoices, and processing payments.
  • Work with contractors on invoice submittals to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive and process customer payments (includes creating and sending all deposit information and backup documentation to cash receipts and cash applications).
  • Work in SAP/Work Management tools.
  • Manage customer related concerns regarding invoices.
  • Monitor and track contractor hours.
  • Perform other similar work as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP is preferred.
  • Established individual contributor with limited autonomy in daily work.
  • Acquires additional skills through experience, peer interaction and formal training.
