Job Description
Position Overview:
The Analyst, Operations Support role reports to the Senior Manager of Operations Support. This is a new role within the organization tasked with focusing on current assets and how they are performing – including regular report compiling/distributions, management of dashboards, and working with other departments to consolidate various data sources. The ideal Candidate is an ambitious self-starter who wants to create strong operational processes to support the current and future growth of the O&M and Field Service groups. They will help deliver communication around new practices and gain exposure to senior leadership at a fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities:
Curate and give input on metrics, KPI’s, and reports that transform facility information into operational intelligence.
Collaborate closely with Operations Management, Asset Management, and Operating Site Teams to understand operational struggles.
Participate in metric review meetings and review feedback from all levels to gain a better understanding of our various operational data sources and how to interpret them.
Coordinate studies of data anomalies found, including working with Site and Engineering subject matter experts to help with recommended corrective actions/findings.
Maintain accurate records and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance with PWA requirements, supporting internal teams in meeting established standards and documentation expectations.
Responsible for manual data entry and management of data.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Self-starter, ambitious, discreet, and comfortable working with and without direction
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office
Experience with metrics, reporting, and analyses
Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer vis sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus, but not required
Familiarity or direct experience with Power BI
Associates degree or higher
1+ year of relevant experience

Base Pay
$24.18- $27.82 USD Hourly
Bonus: 0% - 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
