Department Overview

The Strategic Alliance team is working closely with EPC and our strategic partner to educate and enable their teams on Bloom Energy’s unique value proposition—centered on delivering clean, resilient, and cost-effective energy solutions. The goal of this engagement is to ensure Bloom is scoped in at the design phase of data center projects, where energy infrastructure decisions have the greatest strategic impact. Through targeted enablement sessions, solution playbooks, and joint training initiatives, we’re equipping EPC sellers and partner teams with the knowledge and tools to confidently position Bloom early in the customer journey. This proactive alignment is driving stronger pipeline development and accelerating revenue growth by embedding Bloom into foundational design conversations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing educational materials and sales enablement content focused on Bloom Energy’s value proposition.
  • Support coordination of training sessions and workshops for EPC and strategic partner teams.
  • Help manage logistics and communications for joint enablement events and webinars.
  • Track engagement metrics and feedback from EPC and partner participants.
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and partner-facing collateral.
  • Assist in account mapping and data analysis to identify joint opportunity areas.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and help compile reports on partner-influenced deals.
  • Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation with data gathering and slide creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and deliverables.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve partner engagement and sales outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement.
  • Analytical thinking – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support pipeline reporting.
  • Project management – capable of managing multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – comfortable working across departments and with external partners.
  • Presentation skills – able to create and deliver clear, compelling slides and summaries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace – especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn – proactive in understanding energy solutions and partner ecosystems.
  • Organizational skills – able to keep track of meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Marketing or sales enablement exposure – familiarity with GTM strategies is a plus.
  • CRM or data tools experience – knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is beneficial.

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

Salary Ranges:

$31.25 - $34.25
