As Stock Controller, handles both Coatings and Engineered Products (Poles & Highway).
For Coatings, will be responsible for inventory of Zinc Blocks, Ash, and Dross as well as disposal of Ash and Dross.
Zinc monitoring include importation, average price and costing, and zinc pick-up analysis.
For Engineered Products, to handle requisitions purchases and issues steel for fabrication of poles based on BOM of Cost Engineer.
For Highway, to handle inventory monitoring and requisition for importations.
All finished products for Poles and Highway are also monitored:
b. In line with Stock Control, does material costing review and gross margin analysis.
c. In terms of taxation, handles tax accounting calculations, tax filings, and online and onsite payments.
Liaises with BIR Trece Martires Office as representative.
