We are looking for a talented individual join our team as an Account Manager!
This Account Manager role will be supporting the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This position will be a Trade Ally and Customer position for implementing Residential energy efficiency utility rebate programs. CLEAResult seeks a candidate with relationship-building skills and technical knowledge to grow with our company. This candidate will be responsible for direct engagement with customers participating in our programs and their trade allies/contractors. This position will work collaboratively with a program team to meet the client’s goals.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the commercial customer base.
Promote energy efficiency rebate programs to customers and trade allies to drive awareness and participation.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage diverse commercial segments.
Build and manage a commercial customer pipeline from lead through project completion.
Act as a liaison between customers and contractors to support program satisfaction.
Integrate program offerings into customer operations to enhance service and satisfaction.
Coordinate and participate in events, including scheduling and program presentations.
Identify program barriers and provide insights to the Senior Market Outreach Manager to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records and manage activities daily in CRM.
Prepare monthly activity reports and track progress against program goals.
Travel within the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (50–75%); company vehicle provided.
Exciting candidates will have…
2+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or a related role.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and/or technical trades (e.g., HVAC) preferred.
Based in or near Marquette, Negaunee, Gwinn, Ishpeming, Baraga, Houghton, or Ontonagon, MI.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and communicate task progress.
Comfortable managing tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and interruptions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
High school diploma or equivalent.

$60,000-$70,000
