As part of this commitment, ACCIONA is currently leading the SR-400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta, a major infrastructure initiative designed to improve mobility, reduce congestion, and enhance the city’s sustainability.

What is ACCIONA ACADEMY?

ACCIONA ACADEMY is an exclusive program for university students in their final or penultimate year, designed to help you grow both personally and professionally.

During the program, you will:

• Explore ACCIONA’s main business areas through hands-on learning experiences.
• Participate in interactive workshops on soft skills.
• Network with ACCIONA professionals and other talented students.
• Career orientation sessions and the opportunity to be considered for internships with ACCIONA after completing the program.

Program Duration and Format

The program will take place over two in-person days, on November 13 and 14.

• The first day (November 13) will be held in the evening.
• The second day (November 14) will take place in the morning.

Both sessions will be conducted in person in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking university students in their junior or senior year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with:

• A strong academic record.
• Genuine interest in sustainability, innovation, and ACCIONA’s purpose.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management

We are looking for individuals who:

• Bring a unique perspective and value to our teams.
• Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and motivation to grow within an international company.
• Share a commitment to sustainability and continuous learning.
