The Consultant will be compensated for services rendered based on a project-specific rate, which will be determined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) based on the project's scope and the Consultant's qualifications. This compensation model ensures that the rate is tied to the specific project deliverables and not a fluctuating hourly rate for general services. The total compensation will not exceed $72 per hour for a maximum of 2,080 hours, or a flat project fee of up to $150,000, depending on the agreed-upon arrangement.
The Consultant will be responsible for all business-related expenses, including equipment, materials, taxes, and insurance. The Consultant will not receive any employee-related benefits, such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions.
