We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for coaching teams to exceed goals and deliver outstanding service.
What you will do as Team Leader
Lead, coach, and develop a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching plans
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to address performance gaps
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards
Collaborate with operations, QA, training, and support teams to improve workflow and results
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
Drive team engagement and create a positive, motivating environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience supporting a US Solar account
- Minimum 6 months of Team Leader experience; BPO or Solar industry background is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and performance management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Available to start immediately or within the next week
