Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting the right people to the right roles? We’re looking for a Sourcing & Onboarding Associate to join ClearSource and support our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, supporting recruiters with pipeline management, and ensuring all pre-hiring and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and sourcing priorities per account
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial resume screening to assess candidate qualifications and job fit
  • Perform candidate outreach, including initial contact, follow-ups, and response coordination

Recruitment Coordination & Tracking

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS and sourcing databases
  • Track sourcing activities, candidate status, and progress against hiring targets
  • Endorse qualified candidates to recruiters for further assessment and interviews
  • Ensure sourcing timelines are met to support onboarding and training start dates
  • Prepare and update sourcing reports, trackers, and dashboards as instructed
  • Utilize sourcing tools and databases effectively (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, MS Excel)

Onboarding & Compliance Support

  • Support onboarding activities by coordinating and tracking pre-hiring requirements, including Background Investigation (BI) and Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted to HR on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support onboarding and compliance requirements
  • Track BI and PEME progress and escalate potential delays with sufficient lead time

Collaboration, Compliance & Values

  • Adhere to recruitment policies, data privacy guidelines, and compliance standards
  • Proactively discuss sourcing or compliance challenges with the Manager/Immediate Superior and recommend necessary actions
  • Support initiatives that align employees with ClearSource’s mission

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or onboarding support is an advantage
  • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and tracking spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment
