We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help grow Global Wind Service’s service business across North America.
You’ll develop relationships with leading wind turbine OEMs and wind farm owners/operators, identify new business opportunities, and lead commercial negotiations across technician supply, Time & Material (T&M) services, maintenance and other wind turbine service scopes.
This is a hands-on commercial role with significant ownership of customer relationships, pricing and contract negotiations. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Resource Management to turn opportunities into commercially successful projects.
The position is US-based, preferably near Dallas, Texas, reports to the US Sales Director and regular customer and site travel should be expected.
What you’ll do
Build and grow strategic relationships with wind turbine OEMs and wind farm owners/operators.
Identify and develop opportunities across technician supply, T&M and wind turbine services.
Lead negotiations for MSAs, framework agreements, work orders and commercial terms.
Develop competitive labor rates and commercially sustainable pricing.
Partner with Operations and Finance on proposals, tenders and successful project handovers.
Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.
Support the continued growth of our North American service business.
